Mighty Hearts Home Care was founded by Claire Emes, a caregiver herself, who shares a vision of creating a compassionate caring service that treats people with respect, dignity, and first-rate care. Having worked for so many companies that have stated, "Patient's come first," she began to think of how she would do it differently and actually put the client first instead of the money.
Since its inception, Mighty Hearts Home Care has grown tremendously with compassionate caregivers and one-of-a-kind employees. Our caregivers are experienced, well-educated, and committed to ensuring a high quality of life for all of our cherished clients.

WE PROVIDE CUSTOMIZED CARE PACKAGES
We know that no two clients are the same. Armed with this knowledge, we create customized care plans tailored to the specific care needs of each client. We have services ranging from a few hours a day up to 24 hours a day and from a few days a week up to 7 days a week. Our care plans are flexible as well and will change depending on the growing or decreasing client care needs. We also offer customized Care Coordination services to help you find other community resources as your needs change.
NO CARE CONTRACTS
We are here for our clients and as such will not lock you or your loved ones into any contracts; long or short term. We believe our level of service and professionalism will speak for itself.
WE PROVIDE DIFFERENT PAYMENT OPTIONS
We know paying for home care can be very cost intensive. However, with Mighty Hearts Home Care, it truly doesn't have to be. Here at Mighty hearts Home Care, we will find payment options and solutions based on your specific financial situation. Depending upon your resources, we work with a number of different financial assistance programs to help you offset the cost of home care. We will work with your insurance company for payment. For our private/self pay clients, we will work with you and schedule a payment plan that best suits for budget and pay periods.
